Terraplana is a shoegaze and indie rock band from Curitiba, Brazil, formed in 2017. With dreamy guitars and introspective lyrics, they gained national attention with their 2023 album Olhar Pra Trás, followed by their 2025 release Natural, produced by JooJoo Ashworth (Automatic, Sasami, Winter), what gave them international recognition. Blending shoegaze with 90s alternative and post-hardcore, they’ve toured across Brazil, performed alongside Slowdive, Deafheaven and Tuenover, and made their international debut at SXSW, followed up by a tour in the US and South America. Terraplana is now one of the most promising names in Brazil’s alternative music scene.
